Nuclear winter

Bleak and glowing

The weather forecast is
Bleak and glowing,
Burning winds with blowing bits
Of the cities now dust.
Having a season or…three
Of nuclear winter
Is good for you and me
Oh, you suffer from
Seasonal depression?
That’s too bad
I wish for you
That there was another
Color of sky to be had
The new back to school
Fall line of coveralls and
Lead lined suits
Aren’t too bad
They are saying grey over
Hunters orange will not be
Just another fad

  8. I just hope this shit holds off long enough for me to get outta here first. Sorry. Self-centered that way.

  9. chrs, this is AWESOME! in so few words you describe it all, what life would be like, with just the right dose of disgust.

one of my favorites (not the topic, just the poem)

  11. I know this is out of context, but I love the prospect of the sky radically changing colors from day to day.

  12. Excellent.
It was very rthymic for a nuclear winter!

I think sometimes we all have our own personal nuclear winters.
