Not Dying in Manhattan

I am to see a neurologist in a few min...the reality is that I am terrified...6 months of 1000% drive, even if it did not appear to be focused, just for this next hour...if all goes well I will spend the next month in the hospital, and it will be an ugly process...ugly, but beautiful...
